#WildCardWednesday: Bloc Party – ‘Flux’

bloc party

Bloc Party‘s music style is interesting as it has a lot of variety.

Chronologically following their songs you can hear how they have experimented and evolved their music production to the point that it’s at today.

Flux‘ is said to be the song that began their musical transformation; it initiated the use of electronic sounds within their songs. Which continuously grew with the introduction of dark-electronic instruments and drum beats.

Although ‘Flux‘ is one of their older songs (2007), the modern sounds and techniques they experimented with are still enjoyable this many years later.

Unfortunately 2 of Bloc Party‘s members have left the band since, yet there news of a new album this year!
