This song was a big tune when it was released by The Ones back in 2001, reaching Number 7 in the UK charts. Despite it not being a Top 5 single, it is still a very memorable song for many!
The trio consists of Paul Alexander, JoJo Americo and Nashom Wooden who are all vocalists and have DJing experience within the group.
Although the group have had several releases since, this is by far their most notable. ‘Flawless’ was said to be inspired by the 1999 film of the same name (which Wooden also appeared in). It has a huge disco vibe to it and truly remains a timeless classic.
The song went on to find notoriety once again, in 2004, when George Michael sampled it, adding his own vocals to the mix. He released the song as his own, under the name, ‘Flawless (Go To The City)’ – you can hear and see more of this below.
Do you remember this classic tune? Were you a fan? Like me, do you think it’s still a timeless song?
