#FeelGoodFriday: MØ – Kamikaze

I am besotted with this song! I simply can’t get enough of it!

The opening instrumentation of this track just hooked me in instantly! Having recently collaborated with Major Lazer & DJ Snake on the track, Lean On, has just released a new solo single, ‘Kamikaze’.

MØ is a Danish singer who has been compared to the likes of Grimes, with her high-pitched, off-kilter vocals and unique sense of style. He name actually comes from the initials of her Middle and Surname, but in Danish, also mean ‘maiden’ or ‘virgin’.

This song was produced by Diplo and that’s not hard to tell, since he is a member of Major Lazer and they recently collaborated. The music video is also the perfect accompaniment, with it’s almost post-apocalyptic look and feel and it has been likened to M.I.A.’s video for her single, ‘Bad Girls’.

Does this song give you that #FeelGoodFriday feel? If not, please share your choice in a comment below or on our social medias. Have a good weekend guys; see you Monday!
