Daft Punk are a French duo consisting of Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and 15 years ago, in 2001, the electronic pair (who are possibly robotic and from another planet) released the hit song, ‘One More Time’.

The song, which was taken from their second album Discovery, took the world by storm and reached Number 2 in the UK singles chart. The song is heavily compressed and auto-tuned and that’s what gives it the signature sound. It is funky, French house and honestly is a timeless tune!

The music video for the song is interesting as it is animated and taken from the pair’s 2003 animated film, Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem.

Do you remember this song from 15 years ago? Are you new to this song? What do you think? What would you choose for #ThrowbackThursday? Drop us your choices in a comment below or tell us via our social media accounts.
