Sebastian Carter is an electronic artist, based in Brighton! His debut EP, City Lights is a rather special piece of work, which needs to be listened to, from start to finish, in order to fully appreciate the sonic journey it sends you on.
This particular track, ‘City Lights’, features the stunning vocals of Julia Church and it builds through cinematic soundscapes, across effortless beats, all the while, residing in an electronic and crisp production.
